He fractured his ribs during the games and as a result, he had to sit on the sidelines in the last three games. In his absence, his team has been falling short on delivering in crunch moments. The team’s 1-4 record and the four-game losing streak are enough to prove the above-stated point.

Although, before the game against Jacksonville Jaguars, coach Brian Flores said that he was in no mood to unnecessarily push Tua to play the game as it is not an individual sport and there are other players in the side who can guide the team to victory.
“Take the plays that are there. If there’s an opportunity for a big play, try to make it, don’t try to force anything,” Flores said Friday. “It’s not a one-man team. My message to him is taking it one play at a time, go through your progressions one play at a time and try to execute,” he had added.
