Get a big bowl of popcorn ready and keep your snacks close as the Week 13 matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and the Philadelphia Eagles is one that will keep your eyes glued to the screen. Sunday’s thriller will feature two of the best teams from the AFC and the NFC going up against one another.

The 9-2 Eagles will hope to continue their seven-game win streak going. The team got off to a rocky start this season but since Week 5, they remain undefeated. Nick Sirianni has cracked the code to winning the division and the addition of Saquon Barkley in the off-season has begun to provide results as the offense has been lights out.

The Baltimore Ravens are no lightweights either, the team has the best offense in the NFL averaging 426.7 yards per game. The combination of Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson has wreaked havoc on opposing defenses as the duo spearheads the NFL’s third-best rushing offense.

Why can the Philadelphia Eagles win?

The Philadelphia Eagles have a battle tank that goes by Saquon Barkley at running back. He has emerged as a potential MVP candidate this season and has 1,392 yards for 10 touchdowns. The team’s offense has virtually no faults with Jalen Hurts no longer struggling with his turnover problem.

This offense will be a problem for the Baltimore Ravens whose defense has fallen to the bottom of the NFL. Despite the offensive dominance, the Eagles’ defense deserves its share of credit. They have allowed on average 175 pass yards per game and are giving up on average the least amount of yards per game at 275.

Why can the Baltimore Ravens win?

Despite the defensive struggles faced by the Ravens lately, the one consistent aspect of this team has been its offense. Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson have been lights out this season with the running back sitting on 1,325 rush yards this season. He is hoping to eclipse Eric Dickerson’s 1984 record of 2,105 yards in one season.

Lamar Jackson has been playing at the top of his game and is the frontrunner to win his third MVP award. He leads the NFL in yards and touchdowns thrown, with 3,053 and 27 respectively. The team’s receiver core has been playing well with Mark Andrews and Rashod Bateman playing key roles. If there is one offense that can put up a tough fight in front of the Eagles’ defense, it is this Ravens team.
