Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs had a heartbreaking end to their Super Bowl run. Kansas City entered the AFC Championship all guns blazing and were leading the game until the end of the second quarter.
Joe Burrow led a thrilling comeback as he crushed the Chiefs offense and won the conference championship in overtime. However, the Chiefs QB didn’t seem too upset about not making it to the Super Bowl as a recent picture from Las Vegas show Mahomes having the time of his life.

Patrick Mahomes had a rocky start to the 2021 campaign but turned that around quickly. Mahomes played like his superstar self and led Kansas City to their 4th straight AFC Championship game. It looked like the Chiefs will make it to the Super Bowl for the third consecutive year but Joe Burrow laid waste to their plans as he destroyed the Chiefs in the AFC title game.
Despite ending the season on a sour note, Patrick Mahomes didn’t seem to have any regret. Patrick Mahomes and fiancee, Brittany Matthews were seen ‘living it up’ in Sin City after the quarterback’s Pro Bowl victory. Fans were quick to point out that Mahomes was clearly on drugs in a picture posted on social media.
