In that video clip, LSUSports.net host Emily Villere Dixon showed Burrow a picture of young Joey and asked him a few questions.
“Joe Burrow, Heisman Trophy winner, does this looks like a Heisman Trophy winner?” Emily asked Joe while showing him the picture to which the QB replied by saying, “yeah he does.” Emily then went on to ask, “what would you tell this kid right now?“
Joe responded by saying, “looks like a national champion.” Burrow’s response with a slight smirk on his face shows how confident the man actually is in his abilities. He knew he has what it takes at the highest level and harnessed his potential effectively.
