Born on the 4th of April, 2001, in Apopka, Florida, Jalen Carter hails from a family with a military background. Both his parents are veterans and Jalen moved around frequently as a child.
Football was the one constant throughout his life and, owing to his hard work and dedication, he was able to distinguish himself as a skilled athlete in high school. He played football at Apopka High School.

He has attended the University of Georgia and is a proud Georgia Bulldog. He has stuck with the University for two years, his freshman and sophomore year. After a breathtaking collegiate career, Jalen Carter declared for the 2023 NFL Draft. In his freshman year, the defensive tackle played eight games in total. He had 12 tackles and a touchdown reception. In his sophomore year, Carter leveled his game up and had 31 tackles along with 3 sacks in 12 games.
Carter made it to the 2021 All-SEC Football team. In the same year, the Georgia Bulldogs trumped Alabama to win the National Championship. In 2022, he had 13 contests and made 32 tackles along with 3 sacks and 3 pass breaks. The Georgia Bulldogs went on to win the 2023 College Football Playoff National Championship as well.
