Having brother duos play in the NFL is not that common. But there have been a few pairs that have been at the top of the game and won the Super Bowl and even been inducted into the Hall of Fame.

The most famous pair of brothers in the NFL are the Manning brothers. The sons of former quarterback Archie Manning, Peyton and Eli entered the league at a different time, but were selected first overall. Both Eli Manning and Peyton Manning have won two Super Bowls in their illustrious careers and continue to be in the headlines as they were recently the head coaches in the 2023 Pro Bowl’s flag football game and also on their show.

Another stellar brother pair is that of the Watt brothers. J.J. Watt and T.J. Watt might be the best defensive brothers the league has ever seen. J.J. who retired after the end of the 2022 season is considered to be one of the greatest defensive linemen in the history of the sport and his younger brother T.J. is following in his brother’s footsteps as he continues his dominance in the NFL.

As long as we are talking about the brother duos, let’s not forget the most lovable and adorable pair in the league — the Kelce brothers. Jason and Travis Kelce are the best in the league at their respective positions. Both share a special bond which is visible on and off the field as well. The Kelce brother recently made history as they became the first brother duo to play in the Super Bowl. Unfortunately for Jason Kelce, Travis, a tight end for the Chiefs won the Super Bowl matchup between the two.

It is common between brothers to have a bit of rivalry and if you are in the NFL, then more so. Peyton and Eli faced each other thrice, and the Sherriff won all those matchups and keeps on reminding Eli about those defeats and that it is impossible for him to beat his big brother. So, let’s find out which of the Kelce brothers is the bigger one and does the same thing with his younger one!

Jason Kelce was born on November 5, 1987, in Westlake, Ohio, to mom Donna and dad Ed Kelce. Jason initially played as a running back at the University of Cincinnati before switching to fullback and then to the offensive line. He played as a left guard in his sophomore and the junior year before being shifted to center in his senior year.

Jason Kelce was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the sixth round of the 2011 NFL draft as a center. Since then, he has been nominated to the Pro Bowl six times and threw the snaps to quarterback Nick Foles in the Super Bowl LII victory against the New England Patriots. He was also a part of the Eagles in Super Bowl LVII, where he played against his brother Travis but unfortunately lost 38-35. Jason proved to be the best big brother ever as he stayed back on the field to watch his brother celebrate his Super Bowl victory. Jason went in and congratulated Travis on his performance and winning the Lombardi Trophy.

Travis Kelce was born on October 5, 1983, to Ed and Donna Kelce as their second son. Like his big brother Jason, Travis also played football but was a quarterback in his high school and in college at Cincinnati. He was shifted to tight-end position after he failed a drug test and the rest is history. He was selected in the third round of the 2013 NFL draft by the Kansas City Chiefs.

Given his stats and exceptional performance, Travis is considered one of the greatest tight ends in NFL history. He is a 2x Super Bowl champion and won his second ring by defeating his older brother Jason.

Despite all the rivalry between teams, both Jason and Travis share the same brotherly bond he did since childhood. The two talk about football and more on their podcast, New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce. The brother duo got really emotional on their podcast after Super Bowl LVII. They cried while talking about their parents, which was very sweet, and head fans cry with them as well.

There is no doubt that Jason and Travis Kelce are the best brother duo in NFL history!
