“Who Jalen Ramsey?” – Tyler Boyd says the Bengals not afraid of Ramsey, Rams will have to ‘match our level of football’

Tyler Boyd and Jalen Ramsey
The biggest matchup of the NFL, the Super Bowl, is set to take place on February 13 at the SoFi Stadium. Los Angeles Rams will face Cincinnati Bengals and the match is going to be the most action-packed one yet. Both the teams have offensive and defensive weapons which will help them win the Lombardi Trophy.
However, the matchup everyone is eager to see is between Jalen Ramsey and Ja’Maar Chase. Both the players are the best in their positions and it will be amazing to see which one of these wins the matchup that will eventually lead their team to victory.
Tyler Boyd said they will not not throw to Chase in fear of Jalen Ramsey

The Bengals are fully aware of the damage Jalen Ramsey can do to offenses. Still, wide receiver Tyler Boyd said the Bengals don’t fear Ramsey and that they will one-up whatever the Rams throw at them. “I know watching tape that he has (covered one specific player),” Boyd said, via the team’s official website.
“He has traveled with a guy. He has played both left and right corner. He even has clips of when he was in the slot. He’s a guy that can play it all, but we’re not anticipating guys singling out other guys playing them one-on-one. We don’t care what’s going to happen, how you are going to play us. We’re going to continue to play our game. We’re not going to not throw (Chase) the ball because Ramsey is on him. However they decide to play, they’re going to have to match us.”
Ja’Maar Chase has been s superstar in his rookie season and might be the key to a Bengals’ Super Bowl win

Ja’Maar Chase has been setting records throughout his rookie season. Chase has generated 1,455 yards and 13 TDs this season. However, Chase isn’t the only offensive weapon in the Bengals’ arsenal. WRs Tyler Boyd and Tee Higgins both have been valuable in the playoffs and can be a serious headache for the Rams’ defense. So, even if Ramsey shadows Chase, the Bengals have the juice to move the ball through the air.
Jalen Ramsey has locked down opposing wideouts. According to Pro Football Focus, Tampa Bay Buccaneers receiver Mike Evans (in Divisional Round) is the only WR to have 60-plus yards while covered by Ramsey in a game this season, including playoffs. Chase might have the edge on deep shots even in one-on-ones with Ramsey. According to PFF, Ramsey has been least effective when defending the deep shot.
It’s still impossible to predict who will win the Jalen-Chase matchup. Playing at the biggest stage in the NFL can weigh down on a player and affect his playmaking ability. Super Bowl LVI is going to be a treat to watch with great players on both sides fighting for the ultimate glory.
