Bo Horvat and his wife Holly Donaldson met during her college years at the University of Ontario. At that time Horvat was playing with the junior hockey league. On September 3, 2018, the NY Rangers center proposed to his gorgeous girlfriend and the duo tied the knot next year in July 2019.

Shortly within a year, Horvat and Donaldson welcomed their first child Gunnar on June 28, 2020. Unfortunately, Horvat had to return to the team for Canucks playoff training camp. Their wedding was attended by Horvat’s teammates and former OHL teammates Max Domi, Josh Anderson, Chris Tierney, Sven Bartschi, and many more.
