“Mo Seider should win the Norris Trophy before his career is over”

Meanwhile, former NHL star Stu Grimson leapt massive praises for the Zell native during his chat on a show. Grimson, 56, reckoned that he’s one of the best young players out there who should win the Norris Trophy before his career is over based. He stated:

Full disclosure, head on man crush for Moritz Seider. Did not see him impacting the game in this way because we are talking about a big rally. It’s not typical when somebody my 6’6″ comes across to the NHL and what agility this young man has on the ice.

“His skating is one remarkable watch. It’s the most impressive work by any young player. And it’s working in the Wings’ favour from the offensive as well as the defensive side. He should win the Norris Trophy before his career is over based on just what he’d shown in his first NHL game.

“The other aspect of this discussion is that here’s the guy who doesn’t particularly play a physical brand of hockey over seize, but he jumps on the North American ice. It’s not typical to see that. He’s produced some thunderous bone-crushing hits out there and that part has translated well. There are some really interesting aspects about him.”
