Adam Fox is an American professional ice hockey player for the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League. He plays the position of defenceman for the team. In the 2016 NHL Entry Draft, Adam was selected the 66th overall by the Calgary Flames. As NHL’s best defenceman Adam won the James Norris Memorial Trophy. His professional journey started when he joined the Carolina Hurricanes, but on 30th April 2019, he was once again traded to the New York Rangers as a 2nd round pick in the 2019 NHL Draft. Adam finished the 2019-20 season with 42 points in 8 goals and 34 assists in a total of 70 games. He was first in rank among Rangers defensemen. He was also recorded as the 4th defenceman in Rangers history to record an 11-game point streak with an 8-4 win against the Pittsburg Pirates.
