Cole Sillinger, the ex boyfriend of singer Tate McRae has denied the allegations of cheating on her.

This past Saturday, the NHL hosted its mid season All-Star game. This event was marked by the appearances of several celebrities including Tate McRae. The 20-year-old singer had a live performance in front of the Scotiabank Arena. Her appearance has now sparked talks about her previous relationship with Cole Sillinger.

The Columbus Blue Jackets‘ star was reported to be in relationship with the Canadian artist. However, the couple called it quits last year. McRae showing up and performing at the All-Star game has led to talks about him cheating on her to resurface. The NHLer has firmly denied this allegation.

According to the New York Post, an Instagram account “blind_ref_logic“, a meme account, seemingly trolled Sillinger for falling out with McRae. The account would share four picture collage of the singer and took a shot at him with the caption, “Potentially the greatest fumble of a female in human history.”

Sillinger would soon come across this post. He would decide to confront the ongoing rumors and left a comment on the post saying, “All false my guy“. Check out the Instagram post below:

The couple got together in 2021 after Sillinger called her his “celebrity crush“. The two would official date for a while before breaking up in 2023.

They were said to have gone their separate ways in July after the NHLer removed all traces of her from his Instagram account. It now remains to be seen whether he actually cheated on her or not, however he has maintained his stance and is not taking the blame for their split.

Tate McRae’s performance at NHL All-Star game

The NHL All-Star game in Toronto turned out to be a huge success. Apart from the Canadian national anthem rendition of The Reklaws, the performances of other artists received huge praises. This included Tate McRae as well as he lighted up the crowd.

She would fire up the crowd present in the Scotiabank Arena with her hit single, “Greedy“. Apart from this, she was also one of the four celebrity captains during the event. She was pictured smiling alongside NHL great Sidney Crosby as part of Team MacKinnon lead by Nathan MacKinnon.

A major talking point though came at the end of the event. Following the conclusion of the All-Star game, McRae was seen leaving the arena holding hands with renowned pop artist, The Kid LAROI. This further sparked speculations regarding romance between the two singers. It seems the two are taking things slow for the moment.
