Fans on social media are climbing over Matt Petgrave for his involvement in the unfortunate passing of Adam Johnson during their clash on Saturday.

In one of the most tragic incidents on the ice field, former Pittsburgh Penguins‘ prospect Adam Johnson suffered a major injury. Despite the best efforts of the medics, he succumbed to his injury at the age of 29. He was involved in a crash, which proved fatal with Matt Petgrave, who is now under immense pressure.
During the Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL) game between the Nottingham Panthers and Sheffield Steelers, the 29-year-old was stuck in the throat during a heavy collision with Petgrave. The video of the incident has since been making rounds on social media.
While the fans and teams expressed their condolences regarding this tragic event, a new video has shown up. Fans on social media have since then attacked Petgrave for his “dirty” play and accused him of his incident.
As soon as he got stuck, he fell down. While he quickly stepped up and skated across the ice, a huge amount of blood could be seen dropping on the ice field. The crowd watched in stunned silence as somehow Johnson skated across the field. Fans are now also accusing Petgrave of murdering him.

Petgrave’s history of violent acts has made things worse for him. Last season he was banned for four games after he allegedly jabbed another player with a stick and abused the officials.
