As the National Hockey League (NHL) season rolls on, the league has announced some major plans for the fans. They recently confirmed that the music band, Jonas Brothers will headline the 2024 Stadium Series and perform a pregame concert before the New Jersey Devils take on the Philadelphia Flyers.

The band of Joe, Kevin, and Nick Jonas will be present at the MetLife Stadium as the Devils and Flyers battle it out on an outdoor ice hockey field. The music trio will perform some of their hits for the fans present at the arena before the two teams lock horns in this massive clash.

The Brothers announced his massive turn of events on “Good Morning America“. As per reports from the NHL, they will start their performance from 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time with the puck being scheduled to drop at 8:00 p.m. This though will not be their only appearance as they will perform during the second intermission as well.

Social media reactions towards the announcement of Jonas Brothers performing at 2024 Stadium Series

One major thing common in maquee sports events is the appearance and performance of popular names for the entertainment of the fans. Several big names have headlined huge sporting events like the FIFA World Cup final, the Super Bowl of the NFL, and even WrestleMania to name a few.

This Stadium Series of the NHL is expected to draw a large number of fans at the MetLife Stadium. The problem is that the fans are not pleased to see the Jonas Brothers take center stage at this event.

Ever since the announcement was made official on social media, fans have expressed their dissatisfaction towards the music band from performing. It is safe to assume that a majority of fans on social media want nothing of the music band. Speaking of the Jonas brothers, they have admitted to being huge fans of the New Jersey Devils and are thus eager to perform before they take to the ice field.

The Stadium Series will feature two matches in February 2024. After the Devils take on the Philadelphia Flyers, the New York Rangers will take on the New York Islanders in a huge rivalry game.
