Twitter reacts as Coyotes center Nick Schmaltz will not be taking ice for 6-8 weeks due to upper-body injury

The American professional ice hockey center Nick Schmaltz is going to be sidelined after sustaining an upper-body injury in the season-opening for the Pittsburg Penguins.
Arizona Coyotes center left the skates after the team’s 6-2 loss to the Pens on October 13. During the first period, he skated for about 2.26 before leaving the match shortly.

Nick Schmaltz and Connor Timmins will be out for a while from the NHL season
Last season he had an NHL career-high of 59 points with 23 goals and 36 assists. He came 2nd in the team, finishing behind Clayton Keller who had 63 points with 28 goals and 35 assists. Apart from Nick, defenceman Connor Timmins also suffered an upper-body injury.
He left the ice on Saturday in the game against Boston Bruins with a 6-3 loss. It was on Monday that the team won for the first time this season in the game against Toronto Maple Leafs. They had a score of 1-2-0 with a 4-3 victory in hand.
