Paul Bissionnette was spotted running away after his nemesis, Buoy, the Seattle Kraken mascot brought some backup to gang up on him.

The NHL 2024 All-Star game is in the books. The showpiece mid season event took place from the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. While the event had everything that was expected from it, a hilarious encounter involving former NHLer Paul Bissonnette took place.

The former Pittsburgh Penguins star has been on a grudge with the Seattle Kraken mascot, Buoy. After various trash-talking, they duo meet at the NHL Winter Classic and got involved in a wrestling match. This time, the Kraken mascot brought some back-up with him which lead Bissonnette to run away.

During their previous encounter, “Biz Nasty” would eventually try to run away from the mascot. However, he would later pummel him down in front of NHL legend Wayne Gretzky. To even the odds this time, Buoy would call in a partner in Philadelphia Flyers’ mascot Gritty.

Gritty himself was on the center stage when he first ignored Joey Votto. The MLB great was on a quest to take pictures with every mascot but was ignored by Gritty and later got into a beef with him.

In a video shared on X, Buoy would call upon for help and Gritty would show up moments later. The two mascots would later head towards Bissonnette. On their way towards him, Gritty would even kick the door on his way in. The now-turned analyst was see fleeing from the scene and running into a room. Check out the video of this below:

As the eyes of the NHL world were firmly glued to the All-Star Game, there was some completely different matchup behind the scenes. Paul Bissonnette found himself in trouble as Seattle Kraken mascot Buoy tried to avenge his previous beating with the help of a friend.

While what transpired in the room was not known, it seems the former NHL star took some beating this time. Bissonnette would call Buoy one of the “biggest cowards” and hilariously slammed him for ganging up on him. He would even take jab at Gritty and call him a “dirtbag“.

It now remains to be seem how this rivalry between Bissonnette and Buoy turns out in the end. This encounter though has made things interesting regarding a third potential encounter between the duo in the upcoming months.
