Ex-NHL star Bobby Ryan got arrested at the Nashville International Airport in charge of public intoxication and misconduct, on Monday. The veteran continues to have issues with substance abuse and it took another toll on him on Monday. Ryan was caught shoplifting, eventually putting them on a nearby counter before strolling into a bar as his next step.
As he ordered a drink at the bar the police seized him. He looked completely wasted and he himself wasn’t sure what he was doing. According to the authorities, “Bobby Ryan was not compliant with officers, had slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and smelled strongly of an alcoholic beverage”.
The report further stated that “In the docs, police say Ryan was eventually taken into custody, where they claim he was unable to stand on his own without support.” “Ryan was unaware of his location, the day or time and posed a danger to himself,” cops said in the docs.”
