Who is Anze Kopitar’s wife? Know all about Ines Kopitar

 Anze  Kopitar is an ice hockey center and captain for the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League. He made his debut in 2006 after his 2005 NHL drafting by the Los Angeles Kings as the 11th overall pick. Recently in 2021, he had his 1000th career point. He got awarded the Frank J. Selke Trophy in 2016 and 2018 as NHL’s best defenceman as well as Lady Byng Memorial Trophy for his gentlemanly play in 2016. 

He started playing with the stick before the age of 16 and in 2006 he was voted fourth in Calder Memorial Trophy Finalist as the league’s top rookie. He also won the Hart Memorial Trophy and Stanley Cup Trophy respectively. Anze took part in the 2014 Winter Olympics at Sochi on the Slovenian national team. Anze also represented Team Europe at the 2016 World Cup of Hockey. Later in 2013, he got married to the beautiful Ines Kopitar and became the father of a daughter and a son.

Anze Kopitar and Ines Kopitar

Ines Kopitar is well known as the celebrity wife of the Los Angeles Kings captain, Anze Kopitar. The pair met back in 2005 at Maribor, Slovenia, where Anze was competing in the U-18 World Championship. They were greatly attracted to each other and started dating shortly. Ever since then the couple has been together, as mentioned on abtc.ng. Anze and Ines tied the knot in July 2013 at Otocec Castle in Ljubljana, Slovenia. They enjoyed the presence of their beloved ones and had a lavish wedding to look forward to. 

The duo gave birth to a daughter and son named, Neza born on March 14, 2015, and Jakob born on December 5, 2016. There are no updates on Ines’s family or private life. But the couple shares pictures of the kids and themselves on their social media profiles. The duo has been together for more than fifteen years now and is still continuing to form an ever-lasting bond. Apart from their children, you can find images of Gustl, their pet dog whom they treat as their own child.

Gustl can be seen in almost every picture they post on Instagram or on Twitter. Both Anze and Ines are fans of Marvel movies and often spend time watching together with their kids. Though NHL practices and matches can keep Anze apart from his family, he makes sure to spend plenty of time with them when he’s back at home. They are often seen vacationing and enjoying themselves. Till now there’s no news or rumors about divorce or any disputes between the couple.
