Jake Guentzel is a professional ice hockey left winger for the Pittsburg Penguins of the National Hockey League. He was drafted in the 2013 NHL Draft in the third round as the 77th overall. He earned many titles and awards with his powerful ice plays and he has been the winner of the Stanley Cup in 2017. In November 2016 he made his National Hockey League debut where he scored 2 goals in his first two shots against the New York Rangers.

Jake finished 2nd in the 2012 MN State Hockey Tournament and was named to the NCHC Academic All-Conference Team, the NCHC All-Conference Rookie, and the finalist for the NCHC Rookie of the Year during his freshman year. His sportsmanship earned him the title of co-captain with Brian Cooper by the team on August 27, 2015. Jake Guentzel later got married to his long-time girlfriend Natalie Johnson. His wedding created a buzz amongst his fans who were curious to know more about their relationship.

Jake Guentzel and Natalie Johnson married on 30th July 2021. The two had been in a relationship for a long time. Like Jake, Natalie is also involved with sports. She was part of the Ohama women’s soccer team as a midfielder. The Pittsburg Penguins shared photos of the couple getting married and congratulated them wholeheartedly, as noted on wpxi.com. 

Both of them are quite private people and held a small wedding ceremony with all their dear beloved ones present. On October 4, 2021, Jake proposed to Natalie on one knee, and their photo became viral soon after its release. As the wife of a hockey player, Natalie supports Jake in his endeavors and has always been there for him.

They both met for the first time at the University of Nebraska Omaha. They are still enjoying their peaceful time together and always spend time whenever they can.
