Ryan McDonagh is a professional ice hockey player for the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League. The Montreal Canadiens picked him in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft the 12th overall in the first round. He assumes the position as a defenceman and alternate captain for the team. His former teams were Barys Astana, and New York Rangers. He served as a team captain for the Rangers from 2014 till his trade to the Lightning in 2018.
In 2020 and 2021, Ryan won the Stanley Cup back to back as part of the Lightning. The 33-year-old has a net worth of $3.5 million as of 2022. He participated as a member of Team USA at the 2014 Winter Olympics. He was named to the NHL All-Star Game consecutively, in 2016 and 2017. The Tampa Bay Lightning won the Stanley Cup in 2020, and 2021. Due to his large contribution to the hockey sport, he is quite a well-known figure. Other than his professional life, he is a married man to the beautiful Kaylee McDonagh.

Ryan McDonagh and Kaylee McDonagh dated for a long time before deciding to get married. The duo walked down the aisle on July 19, 2013. Their wedding was attended by all their loved ones including Ryan’s teammates. The wedding took place at Our Lady of Victoria Chapel of Saint Paul, Minnesota. Currently, he shares two children with Kaylee. Their daughter is named Falan (born in 2016), while his second child is named Murphy. His third child remains ambiguous as of now.

Ryan and Kaylee are said to be high school sweethearts before being a married couple, as stated on nypost.com. It’s not known till now when they started dating. But they walked a long way till their marriage and then being the parents to three wonderful children. Ryan often posts adorable images of the children on his social media account. Other than the days when Ryan is busy with practice, the family shares a wholesome time together. They often go on vacations and in a statement, Ryan said that he loved spending time with his family.
