Ryan Strome is an ice hockey center and alternate captain for the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League. He played in the Ontario Hockey League with the Barrie Colts before he was traded to the Niagara IceDogs during his first season in the league. Later in the 2011 National Hockey League Entry Draft, he was selected the 5th overall by the New York Rangers. His first professional ice hockey journey started from being part of the Toronto Marlboros of the Greater Toronto Hockey League during the 2008-09 season.
In the 2009 Priority Selection, he was chosen by the Barrie Colts of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). During the 2010-11 season Ryan recorded a score of 106 points in 65 games and was named the Player of the Month in January 2011. He was also selected to the Second All-Star Team. Ryan Strome is currently married to his long-time girlfriend Sydney Strome and is the father of a son and daughter.

Ryan Strome married his longtime sweetheart Sydney Turner (now Strome) in 2020 at Evergreen Brickworks in Toronto. They have been together for a long time. Ryan and Sydney got engaged back in 2018. Their wedding date is not clearly stated anywhere. They happily posted images of their engagement rings on their social media profile. Unfortunately for Ryan’s fans, both Ryan and Sydney are private people and never divulged much about their relationship or family life.
They are not even active on Instagram. We can still find out about Ryan since he is a popular ice hockey professional, but his wife Sydney tends to stay far away from the spotlight. She jumps at any opportunity that would take her away from the limelight. It just shows how much she prefers a calm and peaceful life in place of a hectic one.

It is reported that they at first met as neighbors and later got into a relationship. After five years of dating, they got engaged and later married. The couple is blessed with two children, as reported by wikinbiography.com. Their son was named Harper Olive Strome born on May 16, 2020, while their daughter was named Weslie Margaret Strome born in September 2021. Currently, Ryan and Sydney are busy being happy parents.
