Despite the absence of Roman Reigns, The Bloodline continues to assert its dominance on SmackDown. In fact, Solo Sikoa‘s rebellion has been the focal point of the show over the past few weeks. Regardless of who has led the faction, fans have clamored for the group to have a female presence. Most notably, Nia Jax has been one of the names suggested to join The Bloodline. Recently, the former Women’s Champion spoke about the possibility of her aligning with her cousins.
Speaking on the Battleground podcast, Jax suggested that WWE has real-life female members of the faction on its current roster. Alluding to Naomi and Tamina, The Irresistible Force mentioned that there is always a chance for one of them to join The Bloodline. Further, she heaped praise on the men for doing a commendable job.
Although she doesn’t interact with them on-screen, Jax disclosed that they were supportive of each other behind the scenes. Moreover, she said that the male stars constantly give advice and critique her matches. Nonetheless, the Queen of the Ring stated that she will always be open to the idea of helping her Samoan cousins and joining forces with The Bloodline.
They’re constantly having our backs, and if they’re not there in person, they’re texting me, watching my matches, giving me critiques, and helping me out. So, if ever down the line they need some women to get in there and kick some b*tt, I’m more than happy to.Nia Jax via the Battleground podcast (H/T: Ringside News)
Since 2020, a lot of members have come and gone from the faction. However, fans have felt the absence of a female member, drawing comparisons to other stables in WWE, such as LWO and The Judgment Day. Needless to say, only time will tell whether the Bloodline saga somehow leads to the 40-year-old joining the fray.
Nia Jax has an opportunity to claim championship gold at SummerSlam
Since her return to WWE last year, Nia Jax has shown massive improvement in her in-ring abilities. The Irresistible Force had a fair share of mishaps in her previous run, receiving criticism from many for being an ‘unsafe worker’. However, she’s turned fan perception around this year and continued to do so with a dominant Queen of the Ring win in May.
As such, Jax will be facing Bayley for the WWE Women’s Championship at SummerSlam. The two women have their fair share of history, dating back to 2017, when the Samoan wrestler put The Role Model on the shelf for months. On the latest episode of SmackDown, the champion vowed to seek revenge for that and even called her out for her previous in-ring recklessness.
Meanwhile, the former Tag Team Champion has resorted to calling her opponent “BBL Bayley.” The latter certainly took things personally, firing a scathing promo on SmackDown. Therefore, fans cannot wait to see how their rivalry culminates at the Biggest Party of the Summer plays out.
