Taylor Swift has become a standard for popularity, that is to say, when the jolt of fame strikes someone, they begin feeling like her. That someone appears to be Nikki Glaser, who was enormously praised for her roast set at Tom Brady’s Netflix Roast. 

It’s been nearly three weeks, but the Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady is still being discussed among the fans. Among the many invitees to roast the NFL legend, Glaser shone the brightest and made many headlines for candid jokes on Brady’s personal life. Since then, the American comedian has been under constant spotlight, which made her feel similar to the global star, Swift.

In a recent appearance on the Chicks in the Office podcast, Glaser expressed the positive outcome of the Netflix roast on her life, calling it a changing point in her life. She shared that, she feels like the 14-time Grammy winner whenever she picks up her phone.

Since the event, Glaser has made many new fans and also shared how she prepared her roast sets for such a significant event within a tight timeframe.

Despite the success of the roast and the heightened popularity within such a short time, Glaser isn’t too fond of roasts and has decided to not continue this regularly. At most, she would do one a year because she doesn’t want to put herself under so much pressure again.

This isn’t the first time she acknowledged the downfall of roasts as she previously claimed she intends to apologize to Brady’s ex-wife, Gisele Bundchen– upon whom she targetted a couple of brutal jabs. She also acknowledged Bundchen’s displeasure towards the event as reasonable.
