Nikki Glaser, who was applauded for her set at Tom Brady’s Netflix Roast, seems to be sympathizing with the NFL legend’s ex-wife after she was reported deeply disappointed by the level of jokes at her expense. Even though Glaser herself didn’t spare Gisele Bundchen during her set as she roasted Brady, she considers her anger reasonable. 

Following Brady’s apology to his ex-wife, the “Welcome Home Nikki Glaser” star also stated that she would extend an apology personally to Bundchen if given a chance. 

I mean, I would be disappointed in me if I were Gisele as well.

While talking about the Brazilian model’s disappointment with the show, the 39-ear-old also attempted to defend her set, saying she didn’t go hard on Bundchen.

In my final joke about her, I said, ‘ex-wife.’ I tried not to mention her name as much as possible, but he’s a part of her story. That’s how I rationalize talking about someone who did not ask to be part of this conversation.

Moreover, Glaser admitted that the worst thing she said about the former Victoria’s Secret model was about her new relationship with jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente. However, she defended it by saying the “a** eaten by her new boyfriend” part was a joke which the supermodel herself wanted out there.

Interestingly, Glaser’s honest take on Bundchen’s hurt feelings isn’t the only thing that the veteran comic talked about after The Roast of Tom Brady, a.k.a. The Greatest Roast of All Time. During her appearance at the Pat McAfee show, she revealed the cold interaction with Brady before the after-party.

She revealed as she bumped into the NFL legend on her way to the after-party; she thanked him for giving her the opportunity and inviting her. But the seven-time Super Bowl champion replied really quickly, “You did a great job, good luck with everything.’” 

The Comedian revealed Brady was somewhat hurt by the brutal jabs at his personal life and that’s why he skipped the after-party and went straight home.
