On the UFC fight night Covington v/s Woodley, Niko Price also went one on one with Donald Cowboy Cerone.

After 3 rounds the judges scored this fight as a draw. The cowboy was not happy with his performance.

He even said, “The fight with Niko was one of my worst performances”.

On the other hand, Niko Price was happy he has admired Cerrone throughout his carrier and he even seemed Ok with the result.

Price thinks that multiple inadvertent eyes pokes on Cerrone cost him one point which became the deciding factor for the draw.

Price wants to run things back with Cowboy

When Niko Price was asked by the reporters how he feels he replied: “Heck yeah, that’s the main event right there, me and him”.

He added “You saw what we did in the co-main. I didn’t even see our staredown in one of the interviews; I was like ‘What’?

Do they forget me and Cerrone? How are you gonna forget about us? But we opened your eyes in there tonight.

You guys won’t ever forget about us fighting again, and next time, we’ll have our card”.

Niko Price said that he didn’t think he would get this chance to face the cowboy one day and thought he would retire before I reach this level.

But when I got the email I was like “Holy schnikes, I might be able to get in there with freakin, Donald Cerrone”.

It is going to be a really impossible task for both of them to get in the ring together once again as Cerrone is not in the mood to fight again too soon.

But Niko Price would absolutely love to go one on one with the cowboy that too in the main event with 5 rounds.
