Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic is widely regarded as one of the best players in the NBA. Known for his exceptional on-court skills, Jokic is also celebrated for his off-court personality, being one of the funniest players in the league. He tends to stay out of the media spotlight and avoids getting involved in controversies.

Recently, Nikola Jokic has become even more elusive at the 2024 Paris Olympics. During the last few games, Jokic has not spoken with the media and has refused interviews. His Serbian teammate and Atlanta Hawks star Bogdan Bogdanovic spoke on Jokic’s behalf during the post-game interview. Bogdanovic explained that Jokic isn’t fond of talking to the media and would be fined for it in the NBA. However, in the Olympics, there are no such media rules that would penalize players for not attending post-game interviews.

He’s great, but he only likes to talk to me, you know that. In the NBA, if he doesn’t talk to media, he’ll get fined. But here (in the Olympics), there are no fines. So he says, ‘I don’t need to.’ No offense to you guys.

Aside from basketball, Jokic loves spending time with his family and riding his horses. On the court, however, the Joker is one of the most lethal offensive weapons in the NBA. With an impressive scoring ability and exceptional playmaking skills, he is a key asset for the Serbian basketball team and is giving his all to win the gold medal.
