Nikola Jokic grows his beard ahead of Olympics

Nikola Jokic is currently one of the best centers in the NBA and is known for his simple lifestyle. He always sports a crew-cut hairstyle and clean shave for the most part. However, the Serbian superstar may have changed things up a bit in his quest to win the Olympic Gold.

Recently, fans saw a new look of Nikola Jokic, which no one might have expected. FIBA recently posted a photo of Jokic with a fully-grown beard. Fans were excited to see the Joker’s new look, and many fans even called Jokic a Bond movie villain. Despite the change in style, the Denver Nuggets superstar has an uphill task in the Olympics.

Serbia competes in Group C with countries like the USA, South Sudan, and Puerto Rico. Serbia’s second clash with the USA will give the team a chance to avenge their loss from the recent friendlies. Jokic and his team finished second in the 2016 Olympics. As such, with Jokic in his prime, the team will look for an epic gold medal finish this time around.
