After missing two games due to illness, Nikola Jokic graced the stat sheet with another triple-double. Fans were hyped to see the star return in his usual form against the Brooklyn Nets. However, to add the icing on the cake, the Joker even made a hilarious statement at the press conference about his performance.

Honesty was written all over the Joker’s face but the statement is more amusing considering his outing. Despite complaining about his health, Jokic started off strong as he scored 14 points in the first quarter alone. By the end of the first half, Jokic reached 20 points and was already midway for a triple-double.

Making such a statement after playing like the best player in the league is something only Jokic is capable of doing. But the team is certainly grateful for his return as Denver won big against the Nets. Now, fans will also get to see more of the Jokic-Westbrook duo.
