On November 6, popular YouTube star MrBeast challenged streamer IShowSpeed in the middle of a stream to face Olympic Champion Noah Lyles in a $100,000 race challenge. This led to an iconic race between Lyles and Speed, with the Olympian claiming the win.
Lyles, who won gold for Team USA at the Paris Olympics in the 100 m race, is often considered by many as the ‘fastest man‘ in the world. At the same time, IShowSpeed has labeled himself as the fastest man in the world.
IShowSpeed has made a name for himself in recent times with some over-the-top antics. This year, he stunned fans with his athletic skills by jumping over not one but two speedy cars.
The 19-year-old was initially hesitant to agree to the race, given the travel time between Miami and Orlando, where the race took place. However, he ended up reaching the race site at night.

IShowSpeed pulled up in a Real Madrid jersey and even tried to heckle Lyles before the race. Despite a good start, Lyles eventually caught up and beat him in the race. Speed, though, claimed that the race was a “tie” and later added that he was the one who won the race.

it's not just that one but tons of competitions he already won against top athletes.
whether you like him or not you have to admit he's on his peak.
Earlier this year, Speed was challenged to a 40m dash race for $25,000 by boxer Jake Paul. Though it remains to be seen who ends up winning that race, the way Speed performed against Lyles, his chances of winning are slightly higher.
