The infamous saga between the Olympics gold medalist Noah Lyles and Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill continues to this day as the two are yet to face off on track, to decide: who is the fastest athlete in the world?

It all started when Lyles was crowned the world’s fastest man at the 2024 Paris Olympics, NFL star Hill felt threatened. To prove himself as the ultimate champion in sprinting despite being a football player, he challenged the Olympian to a race. It’s been months since the two began firing shots at each other, yet there’s no sight of the aforesaid race in the rare view.

He also emphasized that despite their differences, Hill has his full support amid the recent arrest incident with the Miami police which shocked many across the nation. However, that still didn’t stop him from trash-talking the wide receiver.

The two scenarios are different. One has to do with being a human and the other one has to do with sports. But in terms of, you know, running a race, you know, look, man, you got to be serious. Everybody wants to jump up to the top right. Everybody wants to jump into the everybody wants to race the fastest man. I didn't grab this title, title because it's easy or because I went the easy route.

He also shared both parties are in discussion for the highly-anticipated race which the entire America is thrilled to watch. It will most likely be for 60 meters.

Nobody should have to go through what you know, he went through, no matter the circumstances. You know. You know, we're all human beings, and we should be treated as such.

Lyles was referring to the infamous incident from the morning of September 8th, when the Dolphins superstar was detained and handcuffed outside his team’s home stadium ahead of the opening match over a speeding violation by five to six officers with his face forced against the ground. This incident sparked huge outrage all over the internet, to such an extent that an investigation has been launched against the arresting officers.
