In an entertaining match Between Norwich City vs Everton fc, that took place at Carrow Road, Norwich earned the victory by defeating Everton 2-1 with goals from Idah and Keane’s own goal. Everton was in control of the possession at the start with Gordon and Doucoure dictating the play. The first half was evenly distributed and both Norwich and Everton had their chances but Norwich took the lead with 2 goals. Everton started the second half brightly with Richarlison and DCL asking questions from the Norwich defence which resulted in the goal. Norwich defended with numbers and was able to see through a win.

Tim Krul(GK) (7.5/10)
Krul didn’t have much to do and was sturdy and made an excellent save in the first half. Was reliable when called upon.
Max Aarons(7.5/10)
Aarons looked solid from the start. His presence gave confidence to Norwich who bossed the defence today alongside Gibson.
Ben Gibson(8/10)
Pinnock was solid and ever lively. Passed well and dictated the play from the centre brilliantly. His positioning was perfect and bossed the defence.
Grant Hanley(7.5/10)
Hanley made some positive passes into the midfield and played sleekly with holding the ball well and intercepting Everton passes. He was able to control DCL.
Brandon Williams(8/10)
Williams was solid in the midfield and was very creative going forward today. His attacking runs, clever in-balls were a constant threat. He also grabbed an assist. His form has been excellent and would be beneficial for Norwich in the coming games.
Milot Rashica (7.5/10)
Rashica was brilliant today. His sleek and accurate passes helped maintain possession and were lively on the wings. Both the wing backs were brilliant today.
Jacob Sorensen(7/10)
Sorensen was playing the number 6 role brilliantly in the first half but dipped in the second half with losing possession and making lazy passes. Looked bright in the first half but dull afterwards.
Pierre Lees Melou(8/10)
Melou was one of the best players for Norwich today with some impressive switch balls and through balls. His passing was intricate and he was the controlling force in the Norwich midfield.
Joshua Sargent(7/10)
Sargent had an average game with some bright chances in between the game which he squandered. He was a bit off today but was crucial in linking the Norwich play.
Adam Idhah(9/10)
Idah was the best player on the pitch. After a shaky start, Idah was creating multiple problems with his skills, pace and runs. He grabbed a goal to double the lead.
Teemu Pukki(8/10)
Pukki was decent today with his link-up play. His clever runs were making spaces for his teammates which they took brilliantly.

Replaced Williams in the 77th minute and did a decent job by performing his duty by rotating the ball well. Got some minutes under his belt.

Pickford made some fine stops especially near the post against Idah and Pukki and was sturdy throughout the game.
Micheal Keane(7/10)
Keane was decent with the passing and made promising runs in behind which were a constant threat to Norwich. Was unfortunate in the first goal and conceded the own goal.
Vitalli Mykolenko(7/10)
Mykolenko was solid and made important blocks and passed well. He was involved in the attacking play too and was brave during the game.
Ben Godfrey(7.5/10)
Godfrey was ever solid at the back and neutralised the Norwich attack with elegance. He looked shaky sometimes but dealt with the pressure brilliantly.
Seamus Coleman(7.5/10)
Coleman looked sharp from the start and remained calm and composed and made attacking chances which troubled Brentford. His presence helped Everton remain undeterred.
Andre Gomes(7.5/10)
Gomes was solid in defending as well as in attack. Made a few important interceptions that helped retrieve possession and were tidy in passing.
Anthony Gordon(7.5/10)
Gordon was playing well and was rotating possession really well. Tackled cleanly and made a few important interventions and his over-the-top balls were a constant menace to the Norwich defence.
Abdoulaye Doucouré (7/10)
Doucoure was quiet and made little effort in the press. His touches were poor and could have been better. His shots were also off target.
Demari Gray(7.5/10)
Gordon was tidy in possession and made important runs which were important and tidy. Though he committed some silly fouls. His positioning was immaculate.
Dominic Calvert Lewin(7/10)
DCL had a rather poor game today with this sloppy passing. Looked bright in some moments but was poor to his standards.
Salomon Rondon(7/10)
Rondon was making runs in behind the defenders but could not contribute significantly to the game. He would not be pleased with the result and would hope to find his form.

Richarlison was impactful today with his smart positioning and clever passes which troubled the slow legs of the Norwich defence. Scored a glorious scissor kick but was not enough.
Yerry Mina(8/10)
He gave a new life to Everton with his fresh legs and looked dangerous. Should have started the game with that type of performance.
