Novak Djokovic has decided to skip this week’s ATP 1000 tournament in Toronto. Instead, he’s enjoying a vacation with his family on the Greek island of Mykonos. He was recently spotted relaxing at the luxurious Nammos resort after his Wimbledon semi-final loss to world No. 1 Jannik Sinner.

The Nammos resort is located on Psarou Beach, known for its stunning scenery and exclusive setting. The area offers upscale shopping, fine dining, and lively entertainment. It’s a popular destination for celebrities, with stars like Beyonce, Jay-Z, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Kendall Jenner having visited in the past.

Djokovic appeared relaxed, spending time with his wife and children by the sea. High summer temperatures in Greece have made Mykonos a perfect spot to unwind. His visit follows a tough match at Wimbledon, where he struggled with pain from an earlier injury sustained during the quarter-final.

Aside from vacationing, Djokovic has been active on social media. He recently shared a popular video on TikTok, where he now has over 500,000 followers. His overall online presence continues to grow, with millions of fans following him across platforms like Instagram and X. He hasn’t announced his return date to the tennis court.

The investment is being led by the Brazilian group OutField, an international consortium. One of its co-founders is Pedro Oliveira. Another key figure involved is Georgios Frangulis, CEO of the health-food brand OakBerry.

Djokovic’s involvement marks a new chapter in his off-court ventures. His entry into football ownership adds to a growing trend of athletes investing in other sports. The move highlights his interest in broadening his influence beyond tennis.

Le Mans FC is set to kick off their Ligue 2 season on August 9 with an away match against Guingamp. The club is hoping the new ownership group brings fresh momentum and visibility.

The US Open is set to begin on August 24, and Djokovic will enter as the sixth seed. His early rounds may include matchups against younger rising talents. If he advances, he could face top-ranked players in the later stages of the tournament.

Djokovic is aiming for a historic 25th Grand Slam title. He already leads the men’s game with 24 major wins and is the only male player to complete a triple career Grand Slam. At the US Open, he has four titles and a strong 90–14 match record on New York’s hard courts.

This season, Djokovic reached the semifinals at both Roland Garros and Wimbledon, losing to Jannik Sinner in each. He also retired from his semifinal match against Alexander Zverev at the Australian Open. Still, many fans believe his form and new look could lead to another strong run at Flushing Meadows.
