Novak’s wife shares an emotional drawing of Djokovic by a fan, after Novak’s disqualification

US Open 2020 is definitely different from the previous years. Both the defending champions Rafael Nadal and Bianca Andreescu did not participate in the tournament. World No.1 Novak Djokovic was everyone’s favorite to win US Open 2020.

Unfortunately, the dream run of Djokovic came to an end as he was defaulted from the tournament. Many fans came in to support Djokovic. One such fan drew an amazing picture of Djokovic and Jelena Djokovic shared that drawing and thanked the fan for the same.

Novak Djokovic, who was angry on losing a break, smashed a ball that accidentally hit a line judge. She was hurt bad and eventually, the Serbian was defaulted from the tournament. Many fans came in support for Novak while many others backed the US Open’s decision.

A fan named Aladin Tabakovic drew a picture of Novak Djokovic to show his support for the Serbian. Novak Djokovic’s wife Jelena shared his art and thanked him for the same. She shared the drawing in her Instagram feed stating that the drawing was so touching and emotional.

Novak Djokovic to make a strong comeback

After the incident, Novak then issued a public apology in his Instagram handle. He further showed his class by asking his fans to extend support to the injured lineswoman.

After lifting the 2020 Australian Open, Novak was just 3 Slams away from equaling the all-time record. Unfortunately due to his disqualification he lost the chance to narrow down the gap. He will definitely look forward to make a strong comeback in the French Open which will begin from September 27th.
