Ronald Koeman appointed as new Head Coach of Barca

Barcelona have just confirmed that Ronald Koeman will take over as the Barca’s new Head Coach after the sacking of Quique Setien on Monday.

The Dutchman will sign a 2-year deal with the Catalans. Koeman’s presentation at Camp Nou will take place at 6.00 pm CET. In order to get the desired job at Barcelona, Koeman was forced to revoke his contract with the Dutch national team. despite the European Championship next summer.

The Dutchman used to work at Everton, Southampton, Feyenoord and AZ Alkmaar. As a player, Koeman had spent six years at Barcelona, between 1989 and 1995.
