Following the recent comments from Green Bay Packers’ Jonathan Owens, the internet has been giving him a hard time. The NFL star has been massively criticized for his choice of words at “The Pivot Podcast” while describing how he met his wife, Simone Biles. The gymnast has now come to the defense of her husband.

The love story of Biles and Owens is not unheard of. The two started dating in 2021 after finding each other on the dating app, Raya. Following this, the couple tied the knot this year in April. In their relationship, they both have supported each other through various ways possible.

Now the football star finds himself under the wrath of the fans. Despite Biles claiming that she was the one who slid into his messages, fans on social media have been unhappy with Owens describing himself to be “the catch” of their relationship after claiming he was unaware of the true identity of his wife.

The four-time Olympic gold medalist has now taken to her X account to once again come to the defense of her husband. In a four-word message, she wrote:

Despite the irk of the fans, Biles does not seem unpleased with the comments of her partner. Ryan Clark, one of the three hosts of the podcast has also come in his support and urged the fans to “stop frowning“.

While Biles has attended several games of Owens this year, the NFL star has done his bits as well. The 26-year-old gymnast previously spoke about how the love of Owens helped her overcome her mental health issues. The couple has once again supported each other on social media.

In the recent post on X where Biles asks the users whether they are “done” with the trolling, Owens would come across the post. He would requote the tweet with a five-word message that said:
