Current ONE Heavyweight champion, Arjan Singh Bhullar mourns the death of Indian rapper, Sidhu Moosewala. An extremely shocking and sad incident occurred as a famous rapper, Sidhu was shot dead by unidentified assailants in the Jawaharke village of Mansa district on Sunday, May 29.
This unfortunate event took place after the Punjab Police decided to withdraw the security of 424 people which included Moosewala. According to reports, the murder was the result of gang rivalries that went out of hand. After the Punjab police did the investigation they found out that eight assailants attacked the rapper’s car and had three AK-94 rifles. During the shooting, 30 bullets were fired as the empty shells were recovered from the spot.
The singer-rapper joined politics recently and stood as a candidate for congress during the Punjab elections. Moosewala contested the assembly polls as a Congress representative from Mansa and was defeated by AAP’s Dr. Vijay Singla. Many believe that with ongoing tensions in the political parties and rivalries, Moosewala lost his life in the shootout.

Being a Punjabi and pride of India, Arjan Singh Bhullar couldn’t ignore the death of Moosewala who has had a tremendous impact on the current youth.
Bhullar took to Twitter to share his condolences and respect for the late artist. He revealed that Moosewala changed the music scene in Punjab and made a solid mark in history. It’s unfortunate that he had to leave the world at such a young age.
