As the NA VALORANT scene grows more stronger than its EU counterpart, as more orgs join in on the VALORANT hype.
Overtime Gaming have signed a VALORANT roster, as the roster already has competed under the org’s name in the Pulse Series VALORANT Invitational Qualifiers.
Overtime Gaming is the eSports section of Overtime media entertainment platform.
It is also backed by venture capital firms, alongside NBA stars like Kevin Durant, Carmelo Anthony and even the late NBA Commissioner David Stern.
The roster consists of Edison “RESHURA” Ren, Robert “bearkun” Di Carlo, Eric “HIA” Boggs, Jonathan “Silenx” Huntington and Timothy “RunnerPS” Donnelly.
Most of them played under the HIA MONEY CREw name, except for Timothy “RunnerPS” Donnelly.
They finished 13th-16th in the 30Bomb: Summer Cup – 2020 and placed 3rd-4th in the FaZe Clan Qualifier#2 where they fell just short pf qualifying.
During the Pulse Series Qualifiers, Overtime Gaming reached the Quarter finals after they fell short to Big Pizza.
Individually, we have only seen RESHURA and bearkun compete outside of HIA MONEY CREw.
Bearkun participated in the Trovo Challenge NA with ascend, placing 5th-8th after a 2-0 defeat to Way 2 French.
RESHURA played for Shironeko during the CLG BLITZ CUP #2, in which the team finished 9th-16th.
