“Fighting him isn’t an option” – Scouse fighter Paddy Pimblett TAUNTS sad and drunk English fans after Spain’s Euros win; fans react
UFC star and Liverpool fan Paddy Pimblett was blasted for celebrating Spain's last-gasp win over England - but has since explained why.

It’d be safe to say that Paddy Pimblett is not a fan of the England national team. The proud Liverpudlian watched Gareth Southgate’s side lose 2-1 to Spain in Sunday night’s Euro 2024 final. His reaction to Mikel Oyarzabal’s late winner was quite different than everyone else in the pub. Pimblett went on an X-rated rant and discourse at the end of it!
Paddy Pimblett went on IG, wildly celebrating Spain’s goal while hurling insults at everyone nearby. He branded them with the scouse insult ‘Woollyback’; Liverpudlian but not quite. ‘Notorious’ Conor McGregor was eyeing millions in payout betting on the Spanish national team at the Euro 2024 final. While Pimblett didn’t bet that much, his rants were similarly grounded.
Yes! Look at all yer faces, you fu*king Woollyback’s, Yes! Fu*king get in! You gang of fu*king Wool’s...Paddy Pimblett in footage via his own IG (@theufcbaddy)

Pimblett seemed to be on friendly terms with most people around him. They laughed at his outbursts and grinned at his attempts to insult them. Pimblett lost his mind when Spain scored late; he later went to socials to justify it as a reaction to winning a $3k bet in the last minute of the match.
Pimblett has always shown signs of being an emotional fan of the sport. On top of that, he faces lightweight stalwart Bobby Green in an English vs. American clash at UFC 304. A father of two, he has had a grueling camp. Top it off, he told MMA Junkie’s Mike Bohn that UFC 304 was his last contractual fight, yet. It seems natural he’d blow off some steam; as such, the matter has gone viral.
Fans react to Paddy Pimblett’s outburst during Euro 2024 finals
Paddy Pimblett was rooting for Spain because it netted him a cool £3,000 ($3,900) for the Euro 2024 final. It’s understandable; it’s more of his wild outburst, which wasn’t until he put context to it. The Scouse sensation, a huge Liverpool fan, prepares for his next match against King Green in Manchester in a week’s time. He didn’t bat an eyelid when England fell to a late defeat in Berlin.

While Oyarzabal clinched the title for Spain, marking their fourth triumph, ‘The Baddy’ was far from hung up on booze. Or a sense of loss. As a result, here’s what fans think of his frantic outbursts:
A prime reaction (@ryan15269) accordingly quipped, “Love the fact that fighting him isn’t an option so they just have to sit and take it.” Thereafter, many have said so similarly. Nothing to be done against the tried and tested lightweight.
However, some did not fall short of jibing at the Scouse as far from proper Englishmen as the rest of the Island kingdom. Amid all these, some have taken his actions to heart in finding like-minded supporters. All in all, Pimblett has become quite infamous for his ranting.
