Pat McAfee couldn’t stop himself from reacting to Tony Khan‘s recent situation. He poked fun at him during The Pat McAfee Show on the NFL Draft that took place on Thursday. The conversation was related to the incident that transpired on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.

Tony Khan, owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars, attended the NFL Draft wearing a neck brace after the returning Jack Perry and The Elite brutally attacked him. Pat McAfee, often known for his outspoken personality, made fun of him while talking to his guests. In addition to that, he commended Khan’s commitment to staying true to his character. Tony was accompanied by his father, Shahid Khan, who was also present at the Draft.

It wasn’t a good ending for the boss on Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite, as Perry returned to the company after an 8-month suspension. At first, he gained Khan’s trust by talking about making AEW great again. However, it was all a facade, as The Elite ended up attacking him with a devastating ‘Tony Khan Driver’.

Last thing we need is for him to look like Tony Khan, who took a Meltzer Driver. Wednesday night, he took a Meltzer Driver, I do believe. Guy's got a broken neck. He is battling through it.

Perry justified his actions by stating that he deserved it after destroying eight months of his career. He was suspended from the company after the backstage altercation with CM Punk at the All In pre-show in 2023. Needless to say, Perry will most likely have to face severe consequences again for attacking his boss on national television.

The 36-year-old star took to X and pointed out that Niven accidentally threw his phone away while she was clearing the table. However, what was more hilarious was his on-the-spot reaction, as he couldn’t find where his phone went amidst the chaos.

Ultimately, she and her tag team partner Chelsea Green both got eliminated, and Becky Lynch ended up winning the match. Evidently, the match also continued to highlight the brilliance of McAfee and Michael Cole‘s commentary.
