This statement suggests that the rumors about the incident were likely false. He also shared his attorney’s statement that Beverley lost his cool when he found his minor sister alone with an 18-year-old man in the middle of the night.

His attorney claimed that her client did what a brother would do, and he would explain the true sequence of events whenever he is asked to be present in court.
