Internationally acclaimed rapper Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, professionally known as Cardi B, announced that she’s pregnant with her fourth child, her first with partner Stefon Diggs. The singer shares three kids with Offset, whom she divorced last year.
The announcement puts a stop to the pregnancy rumors that have picked up since Cardi B’s civil trial with one security guard. In the trial, the rapper was accused and later found not guilty of assaulting the concerned security guard. The trial left the audience with a new set of memes and, of course, speculations.
And recently, Cardi B announced the news in an appearance on the CBS Mornings on Wednesday segment. She told Gayle King:
I feel like I’m in a good space. I feel very strong. I feel very powerful that I’m doing all this work. But I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby, me and my man, we’re very supportive of each other.

Cardi B appeared on Gayle King’s segment to promote her new album, “Am I the Drama?” which is releasing on Friday. “Am I the Drama” follows her debut album Invasion of Privacy, which came out in 2018. “Invasion of Privacy“ featured five singles, “Bodak Yellow” and “I Like It,” two of which reached number one on the Billboard Top 100. The success of the singles made Cardi B the first female rapper to top the chart more than once.
The album went on to win the BET Awards Album of the Year and the Grammy for the Best Rap Album of 2019. In addition to the Best Rap Album, “Invasion of Privacy” was also nominated for the Album of the Year at the Grammys, making it the first rap album by a female to be nominated in the category in fifteen years.
The new album is projected to set new music records with guest appearances from several popular names in the music industry. Megan Thee Stallion, Lourdiz, Lizzo, Selena Gomez, Tyla, Janet Jackson, Cash Cobain, Kehlani, and Summer Walker are all supposed to be a part of “Invasion of Privacy.”

The rapper, who divorced Offset last October, was initially linked to the Patriots’ wideout in February 2024. The pair was spotted arriving at a Miami hotel together on Valentine’s Day weekend. They made a courtside appearance at a New York Knicks game, confirming the rumors.

In June, they became Instagram official following the pink substance controversy during the offseason. They were even rumored to have broken up in July, but the pair are confidently supporting each other.
The rapper told Gayle King that her partner has been the calm amidst the storm rolling around her with the new album release and her other endeavors. She added that she was troubled by panic attacks two weeks ago as she faced a bout of cyber hate from social media users.
People were coming at me very hard. You know, sometimes people love you, people hate you. And people was just saying very mean things about me… He makes me feel very confident… And it makes you feel like you could take over the world.
The rapper asked her fans to buy her album so that she “can buy Pampers and diapers and all that type of stuff.” She also asked for their support since she is a mother of four now. She has two daughters, Kulture Kiari, 7, and 12-month-old Blossom Belle, and a son, Wave Set, who’s 4.
