George is set to join the former MVP, Joel Embiid, and All-Star point guard Tyrese Maxey. Now with the addition of George to the Sixers the balance of power in the Eastern Conference is divided between the current champions Boston Celtics, New York Knicks, and now the Sixers as they have also become championship contenders for the next season.

Paul George is one of the best two-way players in the league right now with an average of 22.6 points, 5.2 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 1.5 steals per game while shooting 47.1% from the field in the previous season for the Clippers.
