This time, he takes the war to The Avengers and Shutter Island actor Mark Ruffalo. That too in support of social media platform X — which Tesla CEO Elon Musk heads up.

Costa is an active X user and even calls himself meme God for his continued trend of funnyman posts. This week, the South American nation called for a ban on X. This was in response to Elon Musk’s refusal to name a litigation representative in the country. Hollywood star Mark Ruffalo soon took to criticizing the negligent behavior.

Brazil’s top judge, Alexandre de Moraes, officially blocked X – after Elon Musk failed to follow the judge’s order. The standing order was to remove accounts from the platform that violated Brazilian law. Musk intends to continue his fight for free speech, calling Moraes an “evil dictator” masquerading as a judge.

Many have suggested using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to circumvent the ban. However, Judge Moraes has imposed a stiff $8,874/day fine for Brazilians caught using this workaround. Surely, X is not worth the risk for most Brazilians. While prominent entities have called shade on the utter disregard by Musk, viral 185lber Paulo Costa comes to the rescue.
