As per reports, two major reasons may convince the manager to part ways with the club. To start with, the constant FFP allegations and legal complications have played a part. Additionally, Guardiola’s name has been suggested as one of the candidates to succeed Gareth Southgate. The Three Lions are currently being managed by interim manager Lee Carsley.

As City consider the possibility of life without Guardiola, there is the understanding that several important players may also leave the club alongside the manager. From Erling Haaland to Kevin De Bruyne and Rodri, people at the club are aware that Guardiola’s departure may set off a domino effect. With the club staring down the tunnel of radical change, fans can only hope that the tactician extends his stay.
