Sean Strickland and Kayla Harrison
Kayla Harrison is currently one of the most prominent names when it comes to women MMA fighters. The fighter recently fought Marina Mokhnatkina in her season debut of PFL 3 on Friday. Earlier it was expected Harrison to get a finish over
Mokhnatkina but she failed to do so. After three rounds of constant action, Harrison was declared the winner via unanimous decision. But it seemsled like she is her worst critic as she was not all satisfied with her performance.
After the fight during the octagon interview, Harrison revealed that her performance was not up to the mark and she regrets it. She wanted to do something more but her opponent was tough.
” I think it was utter dog crap. Sorry to the fans, I wanted to put on a better show for you. These girls are tougher than you think. I make it look easy sometimes but other nights, not so much.” said Harrison.
Sean Strickland comments on Kayla Harrison’s recent performance

After the fight was over UFC middleweight fighter, Strickland took to Twitter to give his remarks about Harrison’s performance.
The fighter seems to have been highly disappointed in Harrison’s performance and pointed out that she was struggling against a low-level fighter. Strickland explained that her performance in the bout shows why she doesn’t deserve to be in a top promotion like UFC. Strickland also suggested Harrison to remain in a small league like PFL and continue to stack up easy wins for her record.
“Watching @KaylaH struggle with this low level girl just reminds me why shes not in the UFC. Stay in the PFL take your easy Ws in the scrub league,” wrote Strickland.
Earlier this year, Harrison was a free agent and had plans to join UFC or Bellator but that didn’t happen. She got a better offer from PFL and she decided to continue there. This move was also criticized by fight fans who wanted to see her in a tough promotion.
It was out of the blue from Strickland to comment on Harrison’s performance as nobody expected him to do so. Although Harrison hasn’t yet given any reply it will be interesting to see where this goes in future.
