Saint Valentine has arrived a bit earlier in the NFL, and Pheme has more than a handful of gossip to spread. A couple of days after Jaxson Dart was linked with ring girl Marissa Ayers, the Philadelphia Eagles’ cornerback Cooper DeJean has now taken the ginger mills to work.

The 22-year-old from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who became a national sensation after intercepting Patrick Mahomes and running a touchdown in Super Bowl LIX, was spotted hanging out with WWE returnee and TV personality Nikki Bella. The 42-year-old professional wrestler posed in DeJean’s locker room during a recent visit to Lincoln Financial Field amid the Eagles’ 31-0 shutout win over the Las Vegas Raiders.

She had previously taken a picture with the versatile cornerback during an offseason training session. Furthermore, Grayson Waller held that DeJean attended a WWE RAW event specifically to see Bella, who’s also known as Nikki Garcia among other names.

The video posted by Bella, where she was seen posing in the young athlete’s locker room and hanging out with him, cemented the earlier speculations and prompted the Internet sleuths to do a little bit more digging.

The digging pulled up more pictures of DeJean hanging out with Bella, who’s one of the veterans of the WWE brand. He was spotted in pictures with Bella, Alexa Bliss, and even Pete Davidson in a single frame.

Nikki Bella and Cooper DeJean Dating Histories

Nikki Bella previously dated John Cena, who was also a professional wrestler and went on to become a well-known actor through the drama Peacemaker. The couple were engaged for a brief while before calling quits on the relationship in 2018.

Bella started dating her Dancing With The Stars Season 25 partner, Artem Chigvintsev, and later tied the knot in 2022. They had previously welcomed their first child in 2020. Chigvintsev and Bella filed for a divorce following her claims that he had physically assaulted her and sought full custody of her child. After long court procedures, the two currently share joint custody of their son.

Earlier, Bella had been married to her college sweetheart. Bella was 20 years of age during the nuptials and she later annulled the marriage after three years.

On the other hand, DeJean’s dating history is not very long. He was dating Steph Wilfawn, who was a fellow college student at the University of Iowa. Wifawn and DeJean appeared to be going strong, with the latter appearing at Super Bowl LIX and wishing him happy birthday on her stories.

Following the win, rumors broke out suggesting that the pair had broken up. The reasons behind the split was unknown but speculations ranged from DeJean cheating on Wilfawn and Wilfawn being with DeJean only for his money.

Cooper DeJean and the Eagles can become NFC East history makers on Sunday

The Philadelphia Eagles travel south on Sunday, where they will face the Washington Commanders at the Northwest Stadium in Summerfield, Maryland. The Eagles (9-5) have a direct chance to clinch their fifth straight playoff berth when they play the Commanders.

The Eagles can clinch a spot in the final seven from the NFC if they manage to defeat the Commanders. They can also become the first team to win back-to-back NFC East division titles since they last held a streak from 2001 to 2004. The Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles have won the division seven times each since 2004, while the New York Giants and Washington have won three times each. But no one has gone back-to-back.

The Eagles can snap the longest active streak without a consecutive division champion with a win or even a loss if the Dallas Cowboys (6-7-1) lose their game against the Los Angeles Chargers. As it stands, the Cowboys can win out to clinch the division only if the Eagles lose all three remaining games. The Cowboys losing against the Chargers would set them a win less than what the Eagles currently have.

Furthermore, if the Eagles and Cowboys tie in their respective games, DeJean will have made the postseason in the two seasons he played in his career.
