Burnley locked horns with Brighton and Hove Albion in their opening game of the Premier League 2021/22.

Burnley’s James Tarkowski found the net at the second minute for his side. The score at the end of the first half saw Burnley lead the game 1-0. However, Brighton returned back with two goals at the 73rd and 78th minute by Neal Maupay and Alexis Mac Allister, respectively.
