PUBG’s ban by the Indian government had taken out many dreams of rising eSports careers in India. They even had separated and broke the deal with Tencent, which they had made hoping that the Indian government would unban the game after their announcement of ban on 2nd September. Even after their disagreement with Tencent organization, Indian Ministry had not yet let the game to unban by giving a statement ‘violent Nature is also a reason for the ban’. After the speculations that made on Jio and Airtel organizations very much likely to make a deal to bring back Pubg. But it seems that it had ended peacefully. Players have moved to New titles to fill the void of Pubg. Lifting the ban of PUBG is still a dream for many players. 

PUBG Corp is making possibilities to Bringing Pubg back to India

We are still listening through some sources about its unban after its ongoing ban in the country. PUBG Corp had posted a job role on LinkedIn, for the role of Corporate Development Division Manager – India.

The job role is entitled for operating the Pubg mobile in India by posting a special Indian version game. It also requires a role for processing the setup of PUBG Mobile in India with guidance from Headquarters. This post has clearly made some new hope for the unban of Pubg in India.

The job role can be posted if only the requirements are surely trusted and returned to the company. The location of the job post tells working from home in India or the place where PUBG India will be started up, which is not yet decided. As for now, the location is to be determined and remote or work from home.

Cutting of its deal with Tencent as its Publisher in India

PUBG Corp had taken some moves in order to make the game unban in India in the past month.

Initially, PUBG Corp. broke up with Tencent as their Publisher in India. The company also stated “Moving forward, PUBG Corporation will take on all publishing responsibilities within the country“.

Secondly, Krafton formed its own internal development studio, Bluehole, into an independent subsidiary.

They also stated that they would work hand-in-hand with the Govt. Of India to explore ways and search a solution that let Indian gamers play PUBG by following and meeting Indian laws and regulations.

If these speculations are not wrong, The Pubg Corporation has to obey Indian Security Laws and their guidelines. If they do, PUBG will soon likely be returned to India.
