PUBG Mobile was able to provide a boost to the eSports ecosystem as many countries have been supporting the battle-royal title and conducting tournaments in national as well as international level. These tournaments receive massive popularity, however, often players complain of hackers in the game ruining the legit atmosphere in the game. To tackle this, PUBG Mobile introduced the ban pan systme which publishes weekly reports regarding the accounts that get banned due to miscellaneous reasons.
PUBG Mobile anti cheat system bans more than 1 million hackers this week!
The anti-cheat system introduced under the ban pan program keeps a track of the players who use unfair means to gain advantage over the genuine players. This created a hindrance towards the free and fair atmosphere of the game. Just like other weeks, the officials have published a weekly report that it has banned more than 1,026,448 accounts from August 27 – September 2nd.
Just like previous week, the primary reason for the accounts getting banned was the use of character modification through third party apps, Tencent strictly prohibits the use of third party sources in the game.
