The World Tag Team Champions, R-Truth and The Miz, finally ran out of luck as they lost the titles to The Judgment Day. Of course, it all started with the veteran getting confused and granting a title match on Raw. However, the mastermind behind this whole fiasco was none other than the current Women’s World Champion, Liv Morgan.

On the latest episode of Raw, the 30-year-old star met R-Truth backstage and tried to convince him to grant a title shot to The Judgment Day. It had become a habit for the veteran to gift championship opportunities, with The Miz consistently unable to stop him. And this time it was no different, as he confused Liv Morgan with Carmella and granted the dominant faction a title opportunity.

However, it didn’t go well for the champions, as Daddio distracted Truth while the referee wasn’t looking. Finn Bálor was quick enough to set up for the Coup de Grâce and become a three-time tag team champion, twice with Damian Priest and this time with JD McDonagh. The loss ended Miz and Truth’s 79-day title reign since winning it at WrestleMania XL.

Meanwhile, speaking about Carmella, she is currently out of action due to maternity leave. She and the veteran have shared many amazing moments, like the “7-second dance break,”  which also made some top stars like Triple H and Stephanie McMahon shake their legs. Many fans speculated that the former Women’s Champion might return to WWE soon. 

R-Truth and The Miz vowed to get their tag team titles back from the Judgment Day

After being cheated out of the World Tag Team Titles, a devastated Miz and R-Truth gave an interview backstage. The A-Lister was visibly furious at the 52-year-old legend for freely granting title opportunities to everyone. Truth also realized his mistake and apologized to his partner, admitting he had never been fond of Judgment Day.

Miz explained to Truth that they had failed to make the World Tag Team titles prestigious by handing out opportunities to those who didn’t deserve them. The former 24/7 Champion assured him that it was just a hiccup and their title reign wasn’t over yet. They both vowed to win the tag team titles back from their archrivals.

The A-Lister expressed his disappointment that they weren’t the champions with SummerSlam just around the corner, especially in his hometown. However, despite losing the tag titles, Truth was optimistic about creating another memorable moment by winning them again. Many speculated that this could be the end of Awesome Truth, with Miz eventually turning on the veteran.
