Rafael Nadal gets emotional as he looks back on his amazing journey in the last few moments on the tennis court
As Rafael Nadal is only a few matches away from his retirement from tennis, the Spaniard is relishing every moment on the tennis court.

Rafael Nadal recently announced that he will be retiring from the tour after representing Spain in the Davis Cup Finals in Malaga. With the announcement made, Nadal came to Riyadh for the Six King Slam. He played his first match against Carlos Alcaraz and lost. In the third-place match, he was pitted against his arch-rival Novak Djokovic and Nadal could not defeat the Serbian in what is their last-ever meeting on the tennis court.
Nevertheless, the 22-time Grand Slam champion graced the event with his presence. After dominating the men’s tour for more than two decades, in his last few moments, Nadal has been trying his best to entertain his fans. There is not much left to achieve for the Spanish legend and as Nadal looks back on his illustrious career, he is nothing but thankful to each and everyone who was part of his journey.
While speaking in the post-match interview following his defeat to Djokovic in Riyadh, Nadal was asked what he was going to miss the most and the 38-year-old said everything. The 14-time French Open champion remembered how he made his dream of becoming a pro tennis player come true and said he could not thank everyone enough.
The Spaniard is hailed as the greatest of all time alongside his two rivals- Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic. With 22 Grand Slam singles titles including a staggering 14 French Open crowns, Nadal will end his career as a leader.

Rafael Nadal considers himself fortunate for having played tennis at the highest level. Thanking his fans and everyone for the support and love they showered on him as he toured places, Nadal hailed the people involved in running the sport and thanked everyone for their amazing energy at every tournament.

Apart from the 14 French Open titles and earning the King of Clay nickname, Nadal also bagged four US Open titles along with two titles each at Wimbledon and Australian Open. The Spanish legend won a total of 91 tour-level titles in his career and has two Olympic gold medals to his name as well.
